My name is Shane Chuning and I moved to Cedar City, Utah in 2004. I have always had a deep love and appreciation for the outdoors, and being from Southern California I felt like I was in heaven when moving to Utah. It is definitely what myself and family call home now.

Since I was a young boy, I have been drawn to the sport of bow hunting. There is something truly special about being in the wilderness, surrounded by nature, and having the opportunity to hunt and gather food for my family. I have learned so much about the ecosystem, animal behavior, and patience through my hunting experiences, and I am grateful for each and every one of them.

 Cedar City allowed me to explore the great outdoors and continue my passion for hunting. From the scenic views of the Markagunt Plateau to the hunting opportunities in the surrounding mountains, Cedar City has provided me with the perfect backdrop for my adventures.

In my free time, you can usually find me out in the field, practicing my archery skills, tuning bows, on Lake Powell and spending time with the family. I am always seeking new opportunities to improve and hone my craft, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences with others.
